Paul O’Raw provides training, mentoring and facilitation for a wide range of groups and organisations as illustrated in the list below. All services provided are designed specifically according to client requirements.

Kerry County Council; Ballyduff,Cahericveen & Milltown Mentoring programme with communities to identify local priorities, develop communications and agree a new community representative committee. 
An Bainseach Resident’s Association/ Killorglin Family Resource Centre A series of workshops to enable the group to review progress, to clarify roles and responsibilities, and to identify priority needs and developments. 
North, East & West Kerry Development A 1-day training workshop for a range of community and voluntary groups on Governance, the Charities Regulator and Legal Structures for community and voluntary organisations 
Music Ministry Together A 1-day facilitated session with the Music Ministry Team to review progress, to identify new developments and to prepare a code of conduct for the organisation 
Chester Beatty Library Half-day workshops for library facilitators who deliver a range of arts workshops, to reflect upon their facilitation skills and practice 
Kerry County Council; Age-Friendly Strategy Preparation of draft Kerry Age-Friendly Strategy, consultation with agencies and with community and voluntary sector. 
Cromane Community Council Preparation of a socio-economic plan for the community of Cromane, Co Kerry. Involving community consultation in a series of planning workshops. 
Kerry Public Participation Network Access for All Workshop Preparation and facilitation of a workshop consulting with people with a disability and related services and agencies, to develop policy proposals for the Strategic Policy Committees of Kerry County Council. 
UCD HSE Mental Health Engagement Programme Working as part of a UCD team designing and delivering a 5-day programme under the HSE Mental Health Engagement Strategy. As part of this Paul O’Raw prepared and delivered a 1-day training session on Effective Meetings in each of the 9 HSE/ CHO Areas throughout the country for members of Community Health Forums (Mental Health Service users, family members and carers). 
Ballyhoura Development Ltd (Cork/ Limerick) A full-day training workshop for community and voluntary organisations on Appropriate Structures, the Charities Regulator and the Governance Code. 
South & East Cork Area Development An evening training session for community and voluntary organisations on governance matters, recruiting new members and funding.
Music Ministry Together A 1-day workshop to review progress, to identify new developments and to prepare a code of conduct.
